Coach cross multiple STA programs including but not limited to the Ladies Tennis Program, and adult initiatives such as Cardio Tennis, NTS, Advanced Plus, SPEX, etc.
Adapt coaching methods based on the specific program and participant skill levels.
Coaching Delivery:
Provide 30 hours of on-court coaching per week, ensuring a high-quality training experience.
Develop and execute session plans focusing on technical skills, tactical strategies, physical conditioning, and mental preparedness.
Offer personalised feedback and performance analysis to help players reach their potential.
Professionalism & Conduct:
Arrive on time for all lessons and adhere strictly to the scheduled sessions.
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward colleagues, players, and all STA stakeholders.
