Located in the heart of Hobart, Tesoro celebrates Italian-inspired dining with the best of Tasmanian produce. Our menu is built around fresh, seasonal ingredients, simple but refined flavours, and a strong connection to local growers, makers and suppliers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up, to take ownership of a restaurant with personality, strong hotel support and the backing of Accor’s global hospitality network.
As Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, drive menu development, oversee restaurant and conference and events operations, and help shape a dining experience that is warm, memorable and distinctly Tasmanian.
