The Role
We are recruiting for a dynamic Head Chef of a high-end Pan Asian restaurant in East London. This is part of a premium restaurant group. The focus is on Asian cuisine – we need a Head Chef with deep knowledge and passion for the region's diverse culinary traditions.

The Head Chef Role

• Develop and execute Pan Asian menus in collaboration with consultant chefs and the group's Head of Food.
• Manage a high-volume kitchen with, serving up to 600 covers daily.
• Lead recruitment and training for the new brigade, fostering a culture of excellence.
