• Manage all kitchen operations at our gorgeous 134 bed Blue Haven aged care facility in Kiama 
• Lead, direct, inspire and nurture a team of 10-15 Cooks and Kitchen Hands
• Be involved in food preparation, cooking and presentation
• Ensure the kitchen meets food safety standards and has successful audit outcomes
• Consult with Dietitians and Speech Pathologists to design menus that are appetising and align with residents’ needs and choices
• Encourage and address feedback to achieve continuous improvements
