This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about culinary excellence, thrives on developing people, and takes pride in creating kitchens that consistently deliver exceptional food and outstanding standards.

Working closely with the Executive Head Chef South Africa and the wider Group Culinary Team, you will help shape the future of our kitchens through strong operational leadership, training, mentorship, and a relentless commitment to quality.
