About the Role

We are seeking a young, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch menus, alongside a curated, set-menu style dinner service. Beyond cooking, you will run the kitchen as a business, managing everything from inventory to financial cost controls.
