            Responsibilities:  Mental Health Support & Early Intervention  Identify, assess, and support employees experiencing stress, fatigue, emotional distress, or work‑related challenges 
Provide individual and group‑based support sessions on coping strategies, stress management, and emotional wellbeing (within non‑clinical boundaries) 
Monitor cases, recommend appropriate interventions, and maintain confidential documentation 
 Preventive Wellbeing Programmes  Design, implement, and review preventive mental health and wellbeing initiatives 
Develop and disseminate mental health education materials for employees 
 Advisory, Training & Capability Building  Train supervisors and Care Support Officers (CASOs) to recognise early signs of mental distress and conduct supportive conversations 
Advise leaders on people management and staff welfare practices
