Job Title: Head – Advanced Engineering

Role Purpose:

To lead the identification, concept development, and maturation of next-generation automotive technologies, with advanced semiconductors and platforms, enabling the organization to secure future business, accelerate innovation, and deliver scalable solutions for OEM customers across the product lines telematics, eCockpit, BCM, and connected vehicle ecosystems in India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Product Strategy

- Define, develop next-generation architectures and own the advanced engineering roadmap across Telematics, eCockpit, BCM, and EVCC domains
- Align technology strategy with OEM RFIs / RFQs, market trends, and
- Must meet Regulatory requirements
