HDM, part of ARS, is a global team that applies mechanical, chemical, and data science expertise—using tools like Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical modeling analysis—to solve complex challenges and ensure HDD reliability. Key Roles Of ARS-HDM Lead drive development across design, integration, qualification, and launch phases. Optimize recording subsystem tuning for improved head-media compatibility and robust component integration. Develop cross-functional features to enhance areal density.
