ASCO Equipment has career opportunities for a Rental Technician / Haul Truck Driver in Abilene, Texas. Experience with Diesel Engines, Hydraulics or Advanced Electronics is preferred, however, entry-level skill set will be provided on the job training. The Service Technician is responsible for providing high-quality repair service on heavy equipment in order to meet customer needs in a responsive, friendly, educated, and timely manner.  Service Technicians work with all departments to respond to the customer’s needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs correctly in the shop or field including pumps, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical issues 
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as schedule dictates
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Open line of communication with service manager
