Description

This is a hands on deskside support role. When a ticket can't be resolved over the phone or remotely, helpdesk agents send ticket to desktop/hardware support.

Day to Day:

This individual will sit onsite and will be assisting in the office of manufacturing environment fixing equipment ranging from mostly zebra printers, dell desktops, deploying new hire equipment, and setting up workstations. This individual will likely be moving a bunch of cannon printers around, deploying and setting up.

Occasional phone coverage: Once every 6 months deskside support will jump on the phones for an hour to have coverage during helpdesk team meeting
