Adecco is partnering our client, a famous tech MNC. We are looking for a Hardware Product Support Specialist. Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred.
The Talent - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product support, hardware troubleshooting, or technical operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware inventory management and issue-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in data to spot recurring defects or hardware batch failures.
- Communication: Strong ability to bridge the gap between non-technical field operators and technical engineering teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working between a professional office environment and hardware workshop settings.
