Job Title: Hardware Design Engineer
Responsibilities

+ Lead and collaborate with cross-functional development teams to drive products from requirements definition through system architecture, detailed design, integration, validation, and production release.

+ Design and develop robust, reliable electronic circuits and assemblies for harsh automotive and off-highway environments, including power distribution, sensor interfaces, and control modules.

+ Create complex, high-speed circuit board designs with 12 or more layers, ensuring signal integrity, reliability, and manufacturability.

+ Work with high-speed electronics operating in the MHz and GHz ranges, applying best practices for layout, timing, and noise mitigation.

+ Ensure all designs meet applicable EMI/EMC, functional safety, and environmental standards, including ISO 7637 and CISPR 25, as well as other relevant ISO and industry standards.
