The Hard Services Team Leader is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and rectification of all facilities and technical services across our attractions.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the shift across all hard services operations
- Manage on‑duty service providers, including Site Engineers, Team Leaders, Technicians, and external contractors
- Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms and public areas, raising tasks to resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate closely with Assistant Managers and act as a substitute during their absence
- Support colleagues with guidance during PM activities or repair works
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules are assigned and completed as per standards
