We are recruting for a maintenance handyperson to join a small team working at a static site in Shrewsbury. This position is working from 1pm to 9pm, Monday – Friday, with no on call requirement for this role.
Main Duties for this role:
Completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within set timescales, carrying out maintenance on floors, doors, ceilings, wall coverings, basic plumbing, and carpentry, painting and decorating.Undertaking minor project works when required.Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, liaising with client representatives, using mobile devices to log works and update tasks.Carrying out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract Manager.
