            Responsibilities Daily quality checks 
Perform daily handyman site checklists 
Inspect rooms, office & common areas for defects 
Report to facilities Helpdesk for inspection findings 
Inspect site and tools for compliance with safety standards 
Support employees with events logistics such as room setups and movements 
Liaise with events organizers for logistics planning 
Support office decorations deployment and removal 
Perform monthly inspections for general equipment such as fire extinguishers, workstations, first aid equipment, furniture, carpentry, etc. 
Conduct inventory of the facilities for consumables (electrical, hardware…) and furnitures 
Conduct inventory for storage rooms 
Complete the loop of attending to work order tickets, completing work orders and replying to employees on the ticketing system timely 
Attend employee complains and support in resolving facility...
