Key Responsibilities - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of non‑critical facility systems, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Install and repair electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, and appliances.
- Install drywall, repair holes and cracks, and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Install flooring, including raised access floor and data centre floor tiles.
