To maintain the buildings.
1. Collect and deliver internal mail, parcels (hard-copy documents).
2. Move and pack stock items within the building.
3. Move and place furniture as required.
4. Minor plumbing repairs as required.
5. Minor electrical repairs (e.g. fit a new light fitting, change the light bulbs, install/repair wall plugs etc.)
6. Paint work as required.
7. General maintenance (e.g. carpentry, tiling, changing of locks, fixing door hinges etc.)
8. Safe keeping of assigned tools, equipment, and stock.
9. Report any defects or maintenance to the Office Manager.
