Duties Description The Habilitation Specialist 2 (HS2 )will provide services to two (2) day programs for Area 1 Ulster Day Program (UDP) and Red Hook Day Programs. This position is a necessity to ensure continuation day habilitation services for individuals and is essential for providing opportunities for socialization to special populations and high behavior needs individuals who cannot be served by voluntary agency programs. The HS2 will also provide coverage for Day Hab vacancies or extended leaves.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Primary responsibility of the HS2 is to ensure proper service provision based on individualized day habilitation goals, and to directly supervise/provide guidance to the HS1s in the program centers
