Responsible charge for development/preparation and review of existing, temporary, and proposed hydraulic models and analyses.
Responsible charge for development/preparation and review of H&H reports, including technical writing and exhibits. Sign and seal final deliverables.
Responsible charge for development/assembly and review of required project permits including, but not limited to EXX-9999 Maintenance, GPs, JPAs, and NPDES permits. Sign and seal final deliverables.
Review calculations, drawings, and figures for quality, completeness, and accuracy.
Participate in visits to project sites, project status meetings, and public meetings.
Develop technical skills and project knowledge of coworkers. Lead training initiatives for staff.
