• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through technical product knowledge and problem-solving
• Build a strong understanding of products and weave this into guest interactions authentically
• Champion Arc’Teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community
• Develop passions both in and out of the store with team support
• Support the store leadership team on projects and brand initiatives to improve the guest experience
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with the team and store leadership
