Job Title: Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled engineer to support production operations and supplier builds by investigating issues, resolving failures, and improving build performance and safety. We are also looking for someone who can help close in-service problems, analyze system behavior, and contribute to corrective actions that support airworthiness and reliable production flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve production build issues, manufacturing rejections, functional test failures, and line safety items.
  • Analyze in-service fleet issues, support root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Review system and subsystem architecture, requirements, and design documentation to assess anomaly impacts and proposed fixes.
