Duties and Responsibilities
Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.
Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
Attend to all guests’ requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.
Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous Front Office experience in a similar environment will be an advantage
Working knowledge of Opera is preferred
Team player but also able to work independently
Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition
