            JOB RESPONSIBLITIE
Assist on managing all aspects of the reception to functions in accordance with hotel standards
Supervise the reception team to ensure professional services are provided and achieve highest level of guest satisfaction
Coach the team to ensure brand standards and sequence of service components are executed with precision
Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings
Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers' expectations
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
