Responsibilities

• Meeting Room and Client Suite Management – responsible for meeting room set‑up, AV and VC equipment checks, booking system maintenance, catering coordination, inventory checks, and sharing utilisation reports.
• Hospitality and Events Management – manage event set‑up and dismantling, coordinate technology assistance, supervise food and beverage service, liaise with vendors and housekeeping, perform risk assessments, and support internal and client events.
• Reception and Visitor Management – deliver 5‑star customer service, greet staff and visitors, maintain reception areas, assist with inquiries, issue visitor passes, coordinate security, conduct premises inspections, welcome and orient new joiners, and provide fire‑evacuation procedures....
