• Professional, well-groomed staff to meet, greet and guide colleagues and clients.
• Ensure all meeting rooms are clean, tidy and ready for use, with the highest cleaning standards.
• Pre‑checks before every meeting, including equipment and AV/VC checks.
• Set up and reset internal and external meeting rooms, training rooms or conference rooms according to booking and equipment requests.
