The Guest Experience Team Member delivers an exceptional in-club experience for every person who walks through our doors. You are the face of The Ice Bath Club. You welcome members, guide them through their experience, and ensure the club runs smoothly at all times. This is not a passive role. You are active, present, and engaged - creating energy, building relationships, and helping people feel their best. Key Responsibilities
1. Member Experience
Welcome every member with energy and professionalism
Guide first-time guests through the experience (sauna, ice, recovery flow)
Build relationships with regular members
Create a friendly, social, and inclusive environment
Ensure every member leaves feeling better than when they arrived

Actively engage with members - don't wait to be approached
Introduce members to each other where appropriate
