At Jalakara, reservations is not simply about answering calls or processing bookings. It is about understanding our guests, helping them plan their stay and ensuring that every journey to our island begins with thoughtful, personal service.
We're a small independent hotel, and our Reservations Office reflects that. We aren't a large corporate reservations department or a call centre. Our team is small, collaborative and hands-on, and everyone plays an important role.
If you enjoy taking ownership, building genuine relationships with guests and working in an environment where no two days are quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
Assisting guests with reservations by telephone, email and WhatsApp.
Helping guests choose the right room and plan their stay in the Andamans.
Preparing quotations, confirmations and guest itineraries.
