            De ion of Responsibilities  Deploy, configure, and manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, operating system deployment, and patch management. 
Monitor SCCM infrastructure for performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise. 
Develop and maintain documentation for SCCM processes, configurations, and best practices. 
Conduct regular assessments of endpoint firmware vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation efforts. 
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of dynamic watermarking solutions to protect sensitive documents and make recommendations for improvements. 
Utilizing tools for automated deployment, such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar solutions. 
Participate in EUS projects including Windows Image upgrades, Microsoft 365, MacOS optimisation, and implementation of virtual desktop environment.
