Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end GTM plans for product launches and new market entries.
- Define target segments, ICPs, and buyer journey maps per initiative.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch teams across Product, PMM, Sales, and CS.
- Track GTM KPIs: pipeline influence, win rates, and time-to-value.
- Support Sales enablement with messaging, materials, and launch training.
- Run post-launch retrospectives to continuously improve the process.
Requirements
- 3-6 years in GTM, product marketing, or growth strategy in tech.
- Strong project management - can coordinate multiple teams and deadlines.
- Analytical - connects GTM execution to business outcomes.
- Clear communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
