Develop and execute an omnichannel performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and SEO 
Translate the Founders' vision into a scalable, data-driven growth roadmap and manage the Growth and BD teams 
Lead the Contact Centre operations to optimize the conversion from leads to booked appointments 
Identify and secure high-value strategic partnerships with insurance providers and corporate wellness entities 
Implement advanced measurement strategies, including Server-Side Tracking and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) 
Manage the marketing budget with a relentless focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS 
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Product, and Finance teams to ensure clinical accuracy and unit economic efficiency
