About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to partner directly with the CEO in driving revenue and scaling the business.
This is a hands‑on role — you’ll lead strategy and execute campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Own the full customer journey from generating interest to converting clients and keeping them long term
Drive growth by bringing in leads and revenue through ads, email, outreach, content, and partnerships
Plan, launch, and improve marketing campaigns based on data and actual results, not guesswork
Track key numbers such as cost per client, conversion rates, and revenue, and continuously improve performance
Be highly numbers driven by regularly analyzing what is working and what is not, then taking action to improve results
Lead and guide the marketing team while staying hands on with execution
