Job Description

NATURE AND SCOPE:

Under the direction of the Chief Experience Officer, the Group Vice President will be responsible for providing leadership to a specific group of branches and is responsible for their strategic direction and success. The Group Vice President will ensure the branches are successful in achieving the YMCA mission and will provide directions in staff development, financial development, program alignment, and general operations. They will also develop collaborative projects in the community in cooperation with public and private agents. 

Special emphasis will be given to the development and implementation of program thrusts across their branches, as well as across the Association.
