Hotel & Lodge Group with Head Offices based in Gardens, Cape Town is looking for a Group Procurement Manager.
The Group Procurement Manager role is responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement policies, inventory optimization, and supporting operational excellence across all Hotels and Lodges locations.
Regular travel to all Hotels and Lodges will be required.
