Adhere to BCM framework for existing and new clients
Interfacing with internal / external auditors and clients
Liaise with business to deliver on client requirements and deliver as per project timelines for BC implementation, documentation and testing of BC plans
Ensure site / client level activities are conducted and timely reports shared with respective stakeholders
Maintain BCM standard documents and standard operating procedures for all BCM related activities
Conduct business continuity training programs regularly
Own and drive the incident management process and send timely communications
Respond to RFI /RFP from business continuity perspective
Conduct executed contract review for existing and new clients
