Group HR Executive

This FinTech provider in the heart of Sandton is looking for a strategic forward-thinking Group HR Executive to join their team at group/national level.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Completed Masters degree in HR is a MUST
• Minimum 8-10 years experience handling the full HR function from success management, programmes, performance management, employee development to retention/attraction of staff – KEY FOR THIS ROLE
• Experience working in a 1000+ organisation and with EXCO
• Experience managing a sizable team
• Well versed in MS Office Suite

Remuneration

From R2.5M to R3M C.T.C. per annum (experience depending)
