            Minimum requirements: 
  Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Management 
NOSA certification or experiencewith NOSA systems highly advantageous 
Minimum 35 years experiencein a similar role within a manufacturing or processing environment (agri-processing preferred) 
Strong knowledge of South African OHS legislation 
Proven experience in risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations 
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills 
Ability to work across multiple sites 
Drivers license and willing to travel
