Key Responsibilities • Own group consolidation and reporting, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal policies and accounting standards • Be the go-to person for technical accounting matters, especially around areas like acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, and more complex balance sheet items • Work closely with auditors and external advisers, leading conversations on accounting positions and ensuring smooth audit cycles • Oversee statutory and tax reporting across different markets, making sure everything is compliant and well-coordinated • Drive improvements in controls and governance, tightening processes where needed and building consistency across entities • Play a key role in ongoing finance transformation, including system enhancements and automation initiatives • Lead and develop the team, while also wor...
