Responsibilities
Full ownership of year-end reporting across PBE IPSAS and NZ IFRS RDR entitiesLead the external audit process and manage relationships with tax and accounting advisersPresent papers to the Board and Audit and Risk Committee on key financial mattersOversee treasury, cash flow, balance sheet management, and tax complianceDrive finance transformation and ERP systems improvement across the groupProvide governance and oversight to hospital and joint venture management teamsSupport the execution of the long term financial strategyCollaborate with the GM Business Partnering & Analysis on the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Key Skills and Experience Required
