The Finance Director is a key senior leadership role responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of the Group, while acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership. Operating within a complex, global, capital-intensive environment, the role oversees group-wide financial reporting, planning, governance, and financial strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in finance leadership roles, sound judgement in high-value investment and capital decisions, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams. The role requires a combination of technical excellence with commercial insight and long-term thinking. This role reports to the Executive Director Finance and, in effect, acts as his deputy.
