Group Brand Director – Games & Puzzles
Jumbo Group is seeking a highly motivated Group Brand Director to lead brand strategy, portfolio management, and product development for Games and Puzzles across markets within the company.
Functions
- Develop and execute long‑term (3‑year) and short‑term (1‑year) brand and product strategies; implement brand strategy plans across all markets.
- Proactively manage and monitor sales performance, adjusting as needed; collaborate on trade marketing, product development, innovation and local marketing and sales teams.
- Lead and inspire a team of group brand managers, building, mentoring, and guiding the team toward strong performance.
- Guide and support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for brands and products.
- Continuously partner with PD and Innovation on improvements in product quality and diversification of product assortment.
