            Provides janitorial support to property  
Cleans all common areas daily (gym, bathrooms, pool area, clubhouse)  
Ensures office is cleaned and ready for office team  
Freshens up vacant units prior to move-in, detailed  
Assists with opening of leasing office, puts out signage  
De-webbing on a regular basis  
Ensures grounds are well kept at all times  Picks up trash throughout the day, sweeps and blows common areas, and pressure wash areas as needed  
Keeps dumpster areas free of trash daily  
Ensures property is always inspection ready  
Provides excellent customer service to our residents  Builds and maintains positive relationships with all customers  
Assists residents with requests, directing them to the office when possible  
Participate on Resident Events as necessary and
