The Best Connection are proudly recruiting for multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives for our well established client they provide landscape maintenance and soft landscaping services to local authorities across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent serving commercial, public and private sectors.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: £12.50 an hour to £14.50 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Operative:

• Carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided).
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all sites
• Operate, maintain, and care for vehicles and equipment
• Perform hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, pruning, and leaf clearance
