To plan the orientation programme and the ground subjects schedule for SYFC flying courses.
To ensure the availability, relevance, and accountability of training materials for the conduct of ground lessons.
To manage the inventory of all the training materials, aids, and facilities of the ground school.
To conduct aviation lectures, including preparation and tests, for Private Pilot Licence (PPL) students for the CAAS Theory examinations.
To coordinate and improve the use of Ground School resources, including Computer-Based Training (CBT) lessons.
To liaise and coordinate with CAAS on licensing requirements and various applications.
To carry out secondary duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience as a Ground School Instructor or have possessed a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or equivalent before.
