The position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day‑to‑day operations e.g. monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met
- To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday
- Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
- To be able to escalation when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
- Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
