Turner Staffing Group is hiring Ground Crew / Maintenance Technicians to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This role is essential to keeping the site running efficiently by supporting equipment maintenance, performing general labor tasks, and assisting operators and supervisors with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs on heavy equipment and plant machinery

+ Perform general labor duties including cleanup, shoveling, and site housekeeping

+ Support equipment operators and maintenance personnel as needed

+ Conduct inspections and report wear, damage, or safety concerns

+ Assist with fueling, greasing, and servicing equipment

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas
