This position reports to Unit Process Engineering (UP) manager and works closely with UP Engineers, Equipment Engineers and Production in a highly automated semiconductor testing facility. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Semiconductor Back End Test / ScanPack operations Analyze, improve, characterize and control processes towards stability, reduce process variances and waste, support production ramp up Support defect characterization, commonality studies and yield improvement initiatives via data analysis Support project managers and senior engineers, and help with various stages of project execution, such as user acceptance test, providing technical support and documentations
