Grinding Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time Grinding Supervisor for a diversified manufacturing company that designs, builds, & delivers carbide sawing systems, custom work holding solutions, & automation solutions for a variety of industries.

Position Responsibilities:

• Grinding Supervising Daily Operations: Overseeing the daily operations of CNC grinding machines to ensure smooth production and meeting deadlines. This includes ensuring machines are properly set up, calibrated, and running efficiently.
• Staff Management and Training: Managing the CNC grinding team, including operators, technicians, and other staff members. This includes training, and developing employees, ensuring they are skilled in machine operation and safety procedures.
