Grill Cook Department: Kitchen Operations Reports To: Kitchen Manager / General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position Summary The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking steaks, burgers, seafood, poultry, and other menu items to established recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced family steakhouse environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring guests receive safe, high-quality meals prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner while maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, cooking specifications, and presentation standards.
Grill steaks, chops, burgers, chicken, seafood, and other proteins to guest-requested temperatures and company standards.
