            Key Responsibilities of the role Preparing all graphic designs and audio‑visual material. 
Assisting in the processing of all audio‑visual requests related to the organization’s activities. 
Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia. 
Preparing audiovisual and marketing materials, including print layouts. 
Providing creative input and designing logos and images. 
Developing designs for promotional tools. 
Laminating, binding, and photocopying educational materials. 
Designing, developing, completing, and distributing printed materials as communicated by the Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer. 
Meeting with clients to establish their needs. 
Using design software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback.
